How TPAF works in simple terms

TPAF is a mobile vehicle. During a threat event, it launches an interceptor steeply upward. At altitude, the interceptor uses gravity to descend from above into the path of ICBM warheads and counter them in terminal phase. In the worst case, this layer of defense can help prevent the annihilation of a nation.
